Refund Policy
Due to our products being perishable please note that, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Once your package is handed over to USPS, please note that it is no longer under our control or responsibility. If you encounter any delivery issues, we recommend reaching out to USPS directly, as they now have your package. You can find information on their website at usps.com or by contacting your local post office.
If USPS has marked your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with others in your household who may have accepted it, as well as with your neighbors in case it was delivered to the wrong address. If you still cannot locate it, the next step is to call your local post office, as they will need to communicate with the mail carrier who scanned your package as delivered. Often, a simple phone call and a bit of patience can help resolve the situation.
We understand that delivery issues can be frustrating, and we appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Please remember that we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once they have been handed over to USPS.
Due to the seasonality of our products all issues must be reported within 10 days of receipt in order for us to provide resolution. Any claims made after 10 days of receipt will be denied.
